Great Product
Quick turnaround and great precision
Katana Bridge
Posterior implant bridge needed no adjustment. Contacts and bite were spot on. Margins excellent. The color was good. Would recommend and will use again when needed
Horrible esthetics
Fit and turnaround time fine, esthetics so bad we couldn’t even cement them
Wrong shade
Was milled well, but was definitely A1 and not A2/3 as requested.
Shade issue
The main issue with the crowns from Aliens lab is always the shade. It always comes back much lighter than the shade that was picked. Occasional small open margin area and a couple times of no interproximal contacts. It always feel as if the lab just use whatever shade block that’s there, not actually use the shade that is requested.
