Once again, FAIL

Overall, the PMMA temps are good. HOWEVER, 8 out of the 9 interfaces for the DESS abutments were not milled accurately. One of them dropped in perfectly but the others would not seat past 75-80% of the way down. It seems that the bottom of the holes was tapered rather than straight walled. Maybe the final milling step was not done? Anyway, I had to grind out the holes to allow seating, totally doing away with any accuracy . This is not the first time this same thing has happened....look through my account notes. Something on your side of the process is very wrong. Give me a reason why I should try a 3rd time. GJMDDS
